Hello, my name is Shah Jasna Akther. I am 32 years old and a mother myself, which is at the heart of my motivation. My daily life as a mom has given me real, practical experience and a deep understanding of children’s needs, emotions, and routines. I am available for after-school pick-ups and comfortable managing the rhythm of the end of the day. I have also cared for a five-year-old girl in my home country, which allowed me to gain experience outside my own family environment. I know how to take care of babies and young children, and I am able to manage tantrums, crying, and difficult moments with calm and patience. I stay attentive, gentle, and reassuring, helping children feel safe and understood. I am very comfortable organizing structured afternoons, from school pick-up to park time, homework, bath, pajamas, and dinner, ensuring everything is done calmly before parents return. I also take part in household chores and help keep the home tidy. Kind, calm, patient, and honest, I respect parents’ instructions and my commitments. I enjoy playing with children, drawing, reading books, dancing, and sharing creative moments with them.
