Hello, I’m Shahnaz, 25, originally from Moulvibazar in Bangladesh. I speak English and I’m available and flexible for school pick-ups and regular babysitting. I’ve cared for children aged 1 to 6 in Bangladesh for three years, and I supported two families in London for eleven months with three children aged 4 to 6. I’m also comfortable with babies. Day to day, I create a calm, loving routine: simple meals, bath time, light tidying, and clear communication with parents. When a child cries or has a tantrum, I start by noticing and naming the feeling, then I reassure them and guide them back to calmer choices. Families describe me as honest, caring, and independent. I’m reliable, and I always give my best. With the kids, I love outings, playing together, reading stories, painting, and—if you wish—helping them grow in English. I avoid screens; I prefer real play and conversation.
