Hello, my name is Minjeong, and I’m 31 years old. I have 3 to 4 years of experience working with children in different roles. I have worked as a babysitter for 2 years and as an English tutor for another 2 years. Additionally, I have been teaching piano lessons to children, as I have a background in music. I love working with kids—their pure and creative personalities inspire me to be more imaginative and positive. Seeing them grow and develop gives me a deep sense of accomplishment. I am completely flexible. I can adjust my schedule based on your needs. Through my babysitting experience, I have also helped parents with household chores and prepared simple meals for children when needed. One of my most memorable experiences was teaching a 4-year-old girl, basic English phonics during our playtime. After a few months, she was able to form simple sentences in English. When children face difficulties, I adapt my approach based on their age. For example, when a 5-year-old I was caring for started crying, I quickly distracted her with something fun. However, for more serious situations, I always contact the parents immediately and follow their instructions. I enjoy engaging them in music with simple instruments like the piano or hand drums. If they want to learn Kpop, I can teach them how to sing. Moreover, I can teach them English and Korean too. I can play sports with the kids and keep up with their energy! For me, communication with parents is essential, it helps build trust and reassurance. I am energetic, easy-going, and open-minded. With my experience, I can provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children. I’d love to meet your family!
