• Hello, Good morning, My name is Vaishali phagnani, I am currently a student at ISTEC BUSINESS SCHOOL where I am pursuing my MBA. • My dream is to be independent and get recognized in my field of interest. • I like learning new things and improving myself which helps me to stay motivated everyday and experience new things. • Since I have started working I am in this field and I enjoy being and working with childrens.Also at home in India, I have many childrens who are my little nieces and nephews, and I like taking care of them and making them learn new things. And it makes me happy and interested in this job. • I love cooking and cleaning, my nature as a person is keeping my surroundings hygenic.so yes I would like to help with housework. • I am working since the age of 18, where my informal experience includes taking care of children under 5, and formal experience includes working with the childrens above 5 till people who are 50. And this has made me happy and passionate about my future work. • I have taken care of babies in my family so I know how to keep them jolly. • With love and patience we can understand small childrens problem and also make them adapt good habits. • My one of the best quality is that I am good at convincing people into doing the right thing. • I am charming, I dance, I cook good yet healthy food and I like planning and managing tasks. • I like to read books, sketch in my free time, make DIY stuff and learn new cooking receips. • I have taken dancing lessons which I can impart. • Playing with them is a better idea as it would increase their awarness and they will remain physically and mentally fit. • I can propose to the childrens Indoor activities like drawing, doing puzzels, creating art and dancing and making them study with creativity • Outdoor activities like running, walking • I would not mind keeping my phone off while I am with children as they are little and we have to keep a good eye on them. • I can bring my experiences in a fun way so they can learn things easily and I will make sure their confidence and self love is boosting so they enjoy whatever they are doing. • They can have a friend in me who will understand them and help them in every problem. • I will keep them entertained and make them eat homemade healthy food. • The parents will not have to worry as their children will be in safe hands where they will learn new things, study well, eat good. So they stay healthy. • Because as a person I am very honest and loyal, I like improving myself and I like following the right path always, which can help parents to rely on me.
