Hello, I am Chapain Rakshya. I am 26 years old and I am from Nepal, studying for a master’s in hotel management. I love to spend time with children during my free time and play with them. I am studying for my master’s and, until now, I have not thought about anything big, but I want to open a nursery or playgroup for small children. I am available for school outings if the family needs. I am a young Nepali girl with positive vibes, very focused on my work, and my family is my biggest motivation. They always motivate me both for my work and my studies. From my childhood, I have spent many years with my own cousins and other children in daycare, so I enjoy spending time with children both inside and outside of the house and love to get to know them more and interact with them. I am interested in this job because, as I already mentioned, I have a good bond with children. I think children can feel comfortable with me easily, and I have experience with children of different ages, from small to big. Working with children feels like being with my own family, and the best reason is my cousin, from whom I got this experience. For housework, I am also ready to help. I can arrange beds, cook, dust, arrange the children's room, their clothes, and do other household tasks. Besides my own family, I have worked in daycare for almost a year and worked as a nanny in India while I was studying for my bachelor’s. I also have two years of experience teaching English lessons in school. I can look after a baby; I know how to change diapers, prepare bottles of milk, give them naps, and play with them. I can handle a child's crisis; I know children have different moods. They are small and want to do what they want, so we can be polite with them and engage them in other things so that they feel better. My best qualities are that I am calm and can handle situations nicely. I can adjust myself to any type of environment, I am focused on my work, and I am straightforward. I am a young, energetic girl who is very focused on work, trustworthy, always smiling, and cheerful, and I can make a good and strong bond with children easily. I like painting, I’m not a good painter, but I like to paint. I like singing and dancing, and I know a little bit about making something from paper cutting. I believe communication skills and better interaction with people are important, and children can learn some skills from me. For the children, I can offer to play in the park, and it depends on what they like, or sometimes as instructed by the family. I will keep my phone off during working hours and interact with the children. That way, the children can learn something from me, and I will get to know them better. I think I am smiling and cheerful, can handle children, help them with different activities like playing and studying, and can be their friend without always being strict. For the parents, I am old enough to look after their children. I can take care of small children and also help with household work and in other situations when needed. Parents would trust me because I can do everything as instructed by them and will not make any wrong decisions regarding their children. I am very focused and working for my motivation.
