Sa présentation
Hello, my name is Sneha, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at EMLV College in La Défense. I’ve had the pleasure of working with children for over a year, looking after kids aged 4 to 10, and I also have experience caring for babies. During this time, I’ve learned how to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. What motivates me most is my passion for helping children explore their creativity and grow into confident, independent individuals. I love engaging them in a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, storytelling, outdoor games, and educational play. I find that these activities not only entertain but also support children in developing essential skills like problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. When it comes to childcare, my key strengths are patience, reliability, and responsibility. Patience is especially important when working with children, and I believe it’s one of my best qualities. I always stay calm, even in difficult situations, and I’m confident in managing children’s crises in a way that makes them feel safe and reassured. Whether it’s handling a tantrum or dealing with an unexpected situation, I prioritize keeping the child’s well-being at the forefront of my decisions. In addition to this, I’m also highly responsible and detail-oriented. I ensure that children are not only entertained but also safe at all times, both physically and emotionally. I believe that creating a supportive environment where children feel valued helps them build confidence. I’m also mindful of maintaining strong, open communication with parents, making sure they are informed and reassured about their children’s care and progress. This focus on building trust with both children and parents is something I find incredibly rewarding. Beyond childcare, I’m happy to assist with light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying up after activities, preparing simple meals, or organizing play areas. These tasks are important in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable environment, which I believe helps children feel more relaxed and at ease. My academic background in management has also given me valuable skills, such as planning and organization, which I apply when structuring daily routines for children. I like to ensure there’s a balance between fun and learning, offering activities that stimulate both their creativity and intellectual development. I focus on designing enriching, engaging schedules that promote growth while giving them space to explore their own interests. To summarize, I’m passionate about creating a positive, supportive space where children feel secure, happy, and encouraged to explore their potential. I enjoy building trusting relationships with both the children and their families, and I’m confident that my experience, dedication, and love for working with children make me a great fit for this role. I’m truly excited about the opportunity to continue making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
