I am RaviChaitanya Mareedu, I am 35 years old, and I am Indian. I completed my Bachelor's in Information Technology. I am married, and I have two kids. My dream is to stay with my family in a lavish house. I will be available for school outings. My experience providing care for young children is incredible. Watching them grow and achieve things in life gave me so much pride and joy, motivating me to pursue childcare. By nature, children are active, imaginative, and creative. The lessons and experiences of working with children also help me increase my own imagination and creativity. Days filled with play, action, creativity, and fun offer me a good career. I can help in cooking and assist children in organizing their room and things in a proper way. In India, I worked as a childcare professional for children aged 5 to 10 years. Accompanied kids on outings. Communicated with parents about kids' activities. Maintained a proper and secure environment at home. Addressed conflicts between siblings. Helped kids with their homework. Planned and organized educational activities according to the child’s age. I am able to manage children’s crises. First, I address the cause of the crisis, explain to the child how to sort out the issues, and suggest some strategies to resolve the crisis. My best quality is my patience, but also my observation and hard work. I can give help and support when children in my care have concerns or emotional problems. I do dance, outdoor play, and solve problems in maths. With the help of these activities, children learn to express themselves and solve problems. As I focus on their growth regarding their behavior and communication skills, I can offer children painting, solving puzzles, visiting parks, and telling stories. I switch off my mobile during working hours. For children, I'm a good listener with a playful spirit. Through games and activities, the child's creative abilities will be enhanced. Creativity skills will increase, and they will become more communicative. I have a strong understanding of child development, a playful attitude, and a love of children. I understand that when parents make a complaint, they are simply seeking the best for their children; I try to listen and resolve the situation. As a parent of two kids, I can easily deal with children. I focus on providing adequate care and assisting them in their development.
